We're excited to work with you. Please complete the onboarding forms below so our team has the information needed to properly set up your owner account, property, units, and any existing tenants.

Owner Onboarding

Start with the Owner Intake Form, then complete a Property Information Sheet for each property you are placing under management. Additional forms are only needed when a property has multiple units or an existing tenant.

Owner Intake Form

Begin here. This form provides us with the owner or ownership entity information, contact details, payment information, and other information needed to establish your management account.

Complete this form only once for the owner or ownership group, even if you have multiple properties.

Property Information Sheet

Complete a Property Information Sheet for each separate property address being placed under management.

This form already includes:
? Property Information
? Information for the first unit
? Appliance Information for the first unit

If the property is a single-family home or otherwise has only one rental unit, this is the only property/unit form you need to complete for that address.

Additional Forms — Only If Needed

The forms below only apply if your property has additional rental units or is currently occupied by a tenant.

If Applicable

Additional Unit Form

Use this form only when the same property has more than one rental unit.

The Property Information Sheet already includes the first unit.

Complete one Additional Unit Form for each additional unit at that same property.

Example: A duplex requires 1 Property Information Sheet + 1 Additional Unit Form.
A triplex requires 1 Property Information Sheet + 2 Additional Unit Forms.

Important: If the unit is located at a different property address, do not use this form first. Complete a new Property Information Sheet for that property.

If Currently Rented

Tenant Intake Form

If a property or unit is currently occupied by a tenant, complete a Tenant Intake Form so we can properly transition the existing tenancy into our management system.

Complete one Tenant Intake Form for each currently occupied unit.
